Visit at lunch. Although it was a little expensive, it was a juicy meat with a lot of texture.

We had a tasty bunless burger for lunch. Miso soup, tea and coffee are complimentary. Lunch menu is short and not in English, but the waiter did his best to translate. The place is nice, with open kitchen, and we really liked the music, too.

The food was delicious. I saw it baked on the iron plate in front of me, and the atmosphere was good. I did not drink alcohol because it was lunch, but there were various alcohols. I will come again at night.

Amazing food, atmosphere and service! The interior alone makes me want to extend my stay in Kanazawa! You can see straight into the kitchen and watch while your (delicious) food is getting prepared.The chicken was our favorite! And not entirely unimportant, the best wifi i've had in Japan so far.(Oct 17th)

Such a relaxed place and welcoming place with a lovely approach to their good. We had the yuba dumplings and pork and asparagus skewers. Delicious. They also have good whisky. Service was great and the chef was very skilled.

I came on a trip! I saw the word-of-mouth, but it was a good restaurant according to the word of mouth! We saw that we could cook from the counter, but we also enjoyed watching various things being made. Everything is delicious and the price is not that high. I'll go if you're close! Excellent western fusion food cooked with Japanese precision. We sat at the bar and watched the kitchen perform: excellent work. And a good wine list: a night off sake is useful sometimes.. but not too often.

Came in because I was saying I'm hungry (j'ai faim) to my wife, stayed because everything was sooooo damn good! They serve a French-japanese fusion food which is delicious. Plates are very well think and I didn't see a single client stepping in and not smiling while eating. We met someone from Hokkaido who said he was working in Kanazawa for 2 weeks and said he was coming to this restaurants every day!Menu is very well designed and every one working there is helpful. Drinks and cocktails are delicious.The chef prepares all your dishes in front of you if you're sitting at the bar and it's pleasant to see.Finally the price is more than OK given the quality and taste of the food we had.Came out with smile from ear to ear... Will come back next time I step in Kanazawa for sure !!!

We found it by chance because everything around was full (saturday evening in Kanazawa, remember: book in advance). And we were lucky. Really good mix between japanese teppan and european recipes. And nice staff that makes you feel at home. Around 2.500Â¥/person.
